1) Services

 

 

We provide services that may include:

 

• Website design/development and edits

• Ongoing website maintenance

• Marketing and SEO services

• AI integration and automation services

  Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in your proposal, invoice, or written agreement.

 

 

 

2) Quotes, Deposits, and Payments

 

 

• Pricing is provided in a proposal, invoice, or written message and may change if scope changes.

• Deposits: Website projects require a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin work unless stated otherwise in writing.

• Remaining balances are due according to the invoice schedule (typically before launch or final handoff).

• Late payments may pause project work and delay timelines.

 

 

 

3) Scope of Work & Revisions

 

 

• Your project includes only what is listed in the agreed scope.

• Standard website projects include 2 rounds of revisions unless stated otherwise in writing.

• Additional revisions or out-of-scope work may be billed at $100/hour or quoted as a flat add-on.

 

 

 

4) Client Responsibilities

 

 

To keep your project on track, you agree to:

 

• Provide needed content (logo, photos, service info, pricing, contact details, policies) on time

• Respond to questions and approvals in a timely manner

• Confirm accuracy of all business information before launch

  Delays in providing materials or approvals may extend timelines.

 

 

 

5) Timelines & Project Holds

 

 

Timelines are estimates and depend on timely client communication and content delivery.

If a project becomes inactive for 14+ days due to client delay, we may:

 

• Pause the project

• Reschedule based on availability

• Charge a restart/admin fee of $150 if work needs to be re-scoped or re-scheduled

 

 

 

6) Website Launch, Hosting, and Third-Party Tools

 

 

• Hosting, domains, email services, plugins, apps, and third-party tools (Wix, Shopify, payment processors, booking platforms, analytics, AI tools, etc.) may require separate paid subscriptions that you are responsible for.

• We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, billing issues, or service interruptions caused by third-party platforms.

 

 

 

7) SEO & Marketing Disclaimer (No Guaranteed Results)

 

 

SEO and marketing performance can be affected by competition, budgets, seasonality, and algorithm changes.

We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, revenue, or conversion results.

 

 

8) AI Integration Disclaimer

 

 

AI tools may generate outputs that require human review. You agree that:

 

• You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated content before publishing

• We are not liable for errors, omissions, policy violations, or outcomes caused by AI outputs or third-party AI platforms

 

 

 

9) Ownership, Licensing, and Portfolio Use

 

 

• Once full payment is received, you own the final website content you provided and the final assembled deliverables, excluding third-party templates, stock assets, plugins, or licensed tools (which remain governed by their licenses).

• We may display completed work (screenshots, links, and brief descriptions) in our portfolio and social media unless you request in writing that we do not.

 

 

 

10) Cancellations, Termination, and Refunds

 

 

• Deposits are non-refundable once work begins.

• If you cancel after work has started, you are responsible for payment for work completed up to the cancellation date.

• If we cancel for any reason, you will be billed only for work completed, and any unearned amounts paid will be handled fairly based on progress.

 

 

 

11) Maintenance Plans

 

 

For ongoing maintenance services:

 

• Updates are limited to the coverage included in your plan:

   

  • $100/month: up to 30 minutes of edits/updates per month

  • $300/month: up to 2 hours of edits/updates per month

  • $400/month: up to 4 hours of edits/updates per month

   

• Unused time does not roll over unless explicitly stated in writing.

• Plans do not include major redesigns, full rebuilds, or advanced development unless quoted separately.

• Additional work beyond plan limits is billed at $100/hour.

 

 

 

12) Limitation of Liability

 

 

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

 

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (lost profits, lost data, business interruption).

• Our total liability for any claim related to services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

 

 

 

13) Confidentiality

 

 

We will keep non-public business information you share with us confidential, except as required to perform services or as required by law. This does not include information that is publicly available.

 

 

14) Changes to These Terms

 

 

We may update these Terms occasionally. The latest version will be posted on our website and will apply to future services.
